Dr. Cornel C. Soltek studied law in Bayreuth, Münster, and Cologne. After having completed his legal clerkship and having passed his second state examination, he obtained his doctorate in Cologne. He was admitted to the bar in 1994.
His professional activities focus on inheritance law, economic and legal advice on asset structures as well as the management of investments, in particular in Germany, the USA, and Switzerland.
Mr. Soltek also acts as executor of wills.
He is chairman of the Harald and Hilde Neven DuMont Foundation for the promotion of the education of young people, students and people with disabilities and volunteers in various cultural and sports organizations.
Dr. Soltek is married with four children and lives together with his family in Cologne.
